The main priority for Cool Tours is that travellers enjoy the colorful art-noveau, hidden streets and secrets of the old town, delicious gastronomy, quarter's contrasts, ancient stores, curious traditions or on the other hand discover local developing areas and not so well-known architecture.

We are not a tour operator, we are a very small company belonging to Aguicat, an association of official guides that works for a responsible and quality tourism.

Created by Mari Carmen, a licensed guide in love with her job, her city and Catalonia. She was born in a little medieval village called Cardona (in the center of Catalonia) in 1988. She grew up surrounded by nature, fairy tale buildings and catalan traditions, that's why she became being passionate about arts, history and culture.

She studied to perform what fills for her the most, being an experienced tourist guide, nowadays she's an official tourist guide by the Generalitat de Catalunya (catalan government) and she joined the Erasmus programme in the Italian Tuscany to gain much more experience where she had the opportunity to immerse herself in the cradle of the Renaissance and saved a piece of its culture inside her heart.

Mari Carmen has been working more than 8 years in tourism and travelled around the whole world. That's why she knows your needs very well.

She considers herself a friendly person with lots of energy and some of her passions are travelling, cooking or dancing.
