Yes we do, and it’s very important to us. That’s why we use masks, hydroalcoholic gel and our cars are disinfected after each service.

 

• Can I book a hotel with Cool Tours Barcelona?

We are sorry, we are not a travel agency and we can not book hotels for you. All what we can do is recommend you a nice area to stay.

 

• Do you prepare tours for MICE?

Yes we do, in Bcityng we prepare the perfect day for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions, and the most important, at unbeatable prices.

 

• Do you prepare tours for newlyweds?

Of course! We have the best private tours with luxury cars and everything they need to make your days as romantic as possible.​

• Are we doing a tour if it rains?

Tours are carried rain or shine. How much we can do, only in case of very bad weather conditions, we will contact you ASAP to move the timetable without affecting the day much. Be alert and keep it in mind in that case.

Note that if we have tickets, we won’t be able to move them.

Your guide will try to maximize your time indoors. At any rate, come with appropriate clothing and footwear. It will be an experience!

• Are tickets included?

Yes they are. You will find all the details in our price list and description of tour.

Please do not buy the tickets yourself, we are official guides and we have to buy them in order to lead the group in and to skip the line with you.

 

• Do I get a discount if I book 3 or more tours with you?

• Do you accept credit cards?

We have a data phone terminal and we accept most types of credit cards including American Express. We won’t store your credit card information in our system. It is safe.
